I didn't receive the verification email. What should I do?
First, please check your spam or junk folder. If it's not there, ensure you entered the correct email address. You can request a new verification email from within the app.
How do I reset my password?
Open the Ellaword app and tap on "Forgot Password" on the login screen. We'll send you a link to reset your password.
What happens if I miss a day?
If you miss a day, your streak will reset to zero. However, you can use a "Streak Freeze" if you have one equipped before you miss a day.
Is Ellaword free?
Ellaword offers a free version with core features. We also offer a subscription for advanced features and unlimited practice.
